Reclaimed rubber block manufacturing

Rubber waste, processed back into usable material.

Our main product is reclaimed rubber blocks, manufactured by processing rejected rubber products such as rubber gloves, condoms and balloons into reusable rubber materials.

Through our reclamation process, these rubber waste materials are transformed into rubber blocks for use in various industrial applications.

Process flow

From waste rubber to shipped block

Process flow: rejected rubber products are shredded, heated, compressed, weighed and formed into rubber block sheet, verified for 100% rubber content, then dispatched — approximately 70% to export markets and 30% to the Malaysian market.

Quality & material characteristics

An economical, sustainable alternative raw material

Our reclaimed rubber blocks are produced from recycled rubber products through a controlled reclaiming process, transforming rubber waste into reusable industrial raw materials.

Our reclaimed rubber blocks are designed to serve as an economical and sustainable alternative raw material for various rubber manufacturing applications. By recovering and reprocessing rubber waste, we help customers reduce reliance on virgin rubber materials while supporting resource recovery and more sustainable manufacturing practices.
